Privacy Policy
The short version: we collect only what we need to clean your yard and bill you, we never sell it, and you can ask us to delete it anytime.
Who we are
NEO Poop Patrol is a small, locally owned dog waste removal business based in Newton Falls, Ohio. This policy explains, in plain English, what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have. If you have questions, email NEOpooppatrol@gmail.com or call or text (330) 577-3097.
What we collect
When you request a quote, sign up, or contact us, we may collect:
- Your name, phone number, and email address
- Your service address (where we clean)
- How many dogs you have and their names
- Gate codes, yard access notes, and other instructions you give us so we can get in and out safely
- How you heard about us
- Your service history, schedule, and billing records
We only collect what we need to run your service.
How we use it
- To provide, schedule, and keep track of your yard cleanups
- To bill you for service
- To send service notifications by email or text, like visit reminders and “all done” messages
- To answer your questions and quote requests
Sign-up, accounts, and payments
Client sign-up, accounts, billing, and scheduling are handled through Sweep&Go, the software that runs our client portal (the “Sign up online” and “Client Login” links on this site). Card payments are processed by Stripe. We never see or store your full card number ourselves.
When you use those services, their own privacy policies also apply to the information you give them.
Who we share it with
We do not sell your information. We share it only with the service providers we need to run the business, such as Sweep&Go (scheduling, accounts, billing), Stripe (card payments), and the email and text-messaging services we use to contact you. We may also share information if the law requires it.
Our website
This website is hosted by Cloudflare. Like most web hosts, Cloudflare automatically processes basic technical information, such as your IP address and browser type, to deliver the site and protect it from attacks. The site loads its fonts from Google Fonts, so your browser also connects to Google when a page loads.
Our website does not use advertising trackers or analytics scripts, and it does not set its own cookies. The quote builder on our home page works entirely in your browser. Nothing you enter is sent to us unless you choose to text, call, or email us.
Links to Facebook, Instagram, X, and our Sweep&Go client portal take you to other sites with their own privacy policies.
Your choices
You can ask us to show you, correct, or delete the information we have about you. Just email NEOpooppatrol@gmail.com. We may need to keep some records, like billing history, when the law or our payment processor requires it. You can also opt out of service texts or emails at any time by telling us.
Keeping it safe
We limit access to your information to the people who need it to service your yard, and we rely on established providers to store account and payment data. No system is perfectly secure, but we take reasonable steps to protect what you share with us, including gate codes and access notes.
Children
Our services and website are meant for adults. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13.
Changes to this policy
If we change this policy, we’ll post the new version on this page and update the date below.
